FUN DIVE certified diving at Panglao, Bohol
Bohol is the tenth largest island in the Philippines, 70 kilometers away from Mactan Island in Cebu. It is a coral island formed by volcanoes. The broken corals are washed into a beach by the sea. Even under the scorching sun, it is still cool to step on. The beach is snow-white, reflecting the sea water in distinct layers. It is light green near and deep blue in the distance.
It takes about an hour to fly from Manila to Bohol. When we were almost there, looking down from an altitude of several thousand meters, it was breathtakingly beautiful – it was like a huge piece of jade with a green edge! The green edge is green clear water. The brilliance of beautiful jade comes from the large white sand beach.
Diving in Bohol
Diving in Bohol, you can dive to your heart’s content. There are many well-known dive sites to choose from. Most of the dive sites here are cliff dives with smooth water flow, high visibility, unique underwater terrain, and water temperatures of 26 to 29 degrees all year round. The temperature is warm and the seabed is rich in life, breeding a variety of colorful corals and tropical fish.
The main Bohol or Panglao diving sites are Slope Dive (slope/gentle slope) and Wall Dive (cliff/fault/cliff).
Most of the dive sites are surrounded by coral reefs. After passing the coral reefs, there are cliffs. The diving activities start from the coral reefs, swim down the cliffs to do Wall Dive, and then come back to make a safety stop to finish the dive. It is very suitable for novice divers to learn here, and it is a favorite for divers to upgrade and accumulate. A place for experience.
