以下為本旅宿之入住注意事項及相關資訊，請住客於入住前有空務必閱讀！
- 入住時需支付1000P押金，入住時間15:00，退房時間12:00，退房時請告知櫃檯人員，待檢查完畢後退還押金。
- 如需於特殊時段提早入住或延遲退房敬請提前告知, 我們將依空房情形盡力配合, 如需於22:00後抵達入住, 敬請提早於48小時前提出方可協助安排人員留守協助您入住喔。
- 早餐供應時間為7:00-10:00，食堂(餐廳)營業至15:00。
- 房間內冷氣為獨立電源，為響應環保避免浪費，離開時務必以遙控器關閉冷氣電源。
- 為響應環保，房內恕不提供一次性盥洗用品(牙膏,牙刷及拖鞋)及餐具。
- 房內無提供瓶裝水,房內備有水壺及杯子, 可於大廳或民宿內各公共區域之飲水機盛裝您的飲用水。用餐區域主要為餐廳，或是任何房間外舒適的小角落, 都可以愜意的享受寧靜愜意的早晨時光喔。 如有需要冷藏的物品請寫上房號放於大廳共用冷藏櫃內。
- 戶外桌椅禁止攜帶進房內使用, 如需於房內增加椅子請告知櫃台或工作人員協助安排及提供。
- 清潔人員每日皆會進房清掃垃圾，為響應環保民宿將不會每日更換床單及毛巾，如毛巾使用2天以上欲更換毛巾請置於房內地上，清潔人員將為您更換毛巾。
- 房間若需要更換床單、被套、枕套及大清掃， 一館住客請懸掛「Make Up Room」之吊牌，二館住客請主動告知櫃檯人員。並請放置100P小費於床頭將可獲得更佳的房務清潔服務。
- 房內禁止吸菸，若經發現在房內抽菸，將扣留押金$1000p。
- 外出潛水時會提供非白色之潛水毛巾給您，請勿將白色房內毛巾帶出使用。
- 戶外泳池開放時間至晚上21點，入夜後於公共空間請降低音量。
- 為減少節約能源&減少用電浪費，每日夜間公共區域照明系統運作時間為18:00~22:30，請住客盡量於此時段內返回渡假村，敬請見諒並配合。若因團體行程及會較晚回渡假村等特殊原因, 請提前告知管家, 我們會關注並協助處理。
- 菲律賓插頭為220v，使用之前務必確認是否相同電壓。
- 房內按摩$700p/1HR，請於兩小時前向櫃檯預約。
- 請勿於房間內食用榴槤及山竹,如經發現將須賠償300P。

- A deposit of 1000P is required upon check-in. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please inform the front desk upon check-out, and the deposit will be refunded after room inspection.
- If you need to check in early or check out late during special hours, please inform us in advance. We will accommodate based on room availability. If you plan to check in after 10:00 PM, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange for staff to assist with your check-in.
- Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and the dining area (restaurant) operates until 3:00 PM.
- The air conditioning in the room has an independent power source. To support environmental conservation and avoid waste, please ensure the air conditioning is turned off with the remote when leaving the room.
- To support environmental conservation, disposable toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers) and tableware are not provided in the room.
- Bottled water is not provided in the room. However, there is a kettle and cups available, and you can refill your drinking water at the water dispensers in the lobby or any public area within the guesthouse. The main dining area is the restaurant, but you are welcome to enjoy a quiet and pleasant morning in any comfortable corner outside the room. If you need to store refrigerated items, please label them with your room number and place them in the shared refrigerator in the lobby.
- Outdoor tables and chairs are not allowed to be brought into the room. If you need additional chairs in your room, please inform the front desk or staff for assistance.
- Cleaning staff will enter the room daily to take out the trash. To support environmental conservation, bed linens and towels will not be changed daily. If towels are used for more than two days and you wish to have them replaced, please place them on the floor, and the cleaning staff will replace them.
- If you need to replace bed linens, duvet covers, pillowcases, or have a thorough room cleaning, guests in Building 1 should hang the “Make Up Room” sign, while guests in Building 2 should notify the front desk directly. Please leave a tip of 100P on the bedside table for enhanced room service.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the room. If smoking is detected inside, a 1000P deposit will be withheld.
- When going diving, non-white diving towels will be provided. Please do not take the white towels from the room for diving.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open until 9:00 PM. After dark, please keep the noise level low in public areas.
- To save energy and reduce electricity waste, the lighting system in public areas will operate from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM daily. We kindly ask that guests return to the resort during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have a special reason, such as a late group tour, please notify the housekeeper in advance, and we will assist accordingly.
- The plug voltage in the Philippines is 220V. Please ensure your devices are compatible before use.
- In-room massage services are available for 700P per hour. Please make a reservation at the front desk at least two hours in advance.
- Durian and mangosteen are not allowed to be consumed in the room. If found, a fine of 300P will be charged.
